In observation of complete safety for all of our guests, here are our

Terms and Conditions:

Cash, Visa and Master Card (US$ and CI$) are accepted. There is a 4% surcharge on all card payments.

Rides may be booked Monday to Saturday at 9am or 2pm only. Please re-confirm your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your tour.

Children are welcome - must be at least 4 years of age to be allowed to ride.

Pregnant women, or any persons with back injuries are not permitted.

Weight limit is 225lbs maximum. Weight-in Scale at waiver registration.

Our rides are a walk/slow trot. Alternatively, you may book a Private Ride for faster paced rides.

Full refund if the ride has to be terminated due to inclement weather at the riding location.

No refund once ride has started.

Cancellation Policy: No refund given for "no shows" and if the cancellation is received within 24 hours of the ride.
